Cygames, Inc. (the "Company"), will host the Shadowverse: Evolve Promo Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") for its mobile and PC game Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond (the "Game") according to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").

Ten winners of a Shadowverse: Evolve promo card (the "Prize") will be chosen at random from among those who purchase an Apocalypse Pact (Purchase Bonus Included) promo card giveaway bundle (available from the end of maintenance on February 26 UTC) during the Giveaway period.

From end of maintenance, February 26, 2026, until 2:59 p.m., March 8, 2026 (UTC)
*The Giveaway may end early once 10 winners are chosen.

1. 1. You must enter the Giveaway as described below under "How to Enter."
2. 2. You must have a valid Game account.
3. 3. You must consent to the Terms and the Company's privacy policy (https://forms.cygames.com/policy?lang=en).
   *Entry into the Giveaway will be taken as consent.
4. 4. If you are under the age of majority, you must obtain the consent of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.
   *Entry into the Giveaway will be taken as you having obtained the required consent.
5. 5. You must agree to the following:
   ・Only residents of countries and/or regions where the Game is officially available are eligible to enter.
   ・Prizes will be shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS). Winners residing in a country or region not serviced by EMS at the time of shipping may be deemed ineligible to receive the Prize.

If it is not linked, or you remove or modify said link after you have submitted the prize form and before you receive the Prize, you will be given a substitute prize of 100,000 in-game rupies as per Article 11 in the Disclaimers section below.
6. *Even if a country or region is serviced by EMS, some areas within it may be unable to receive deliveries. Please check the page linked above for a list of such areas.

Each purchase of an Apocalypse Pact (Purchase Bonus Included) promo card giveaway bundle made during the Giveaway will count as one entry.

*Apocalypse Pact (Purchase Bonus Included) promo card giveaway bundles, which include 10 card packs along with bonus in-game items (up through the 10th bundle), can be purchased in the game from the Buy Card Packs screen with crystals only.

*Participants may enter any number of times. If all 10 Prizes have already been claimed, the purchase of an Apocalypse Pact (Purchase Bonus Included) promo card giveaway bundle will come with the bonus in-game items (up through the 10th bundle), but will not enter the participant into the Giveaway. Bundles can no longer be purchased after the 10th time.

Winners will be notified in a pop-up message displayed after purchasing an Apocalypse Pact (Purchase Bonus Included) promo card giveaway bundle.

1. 1. You will automatically be entered into the Giveaway after each purchase of an Apocalypse Pact (Purchase Bonus Included) promo card giveaway bundle during the Giveaway period.
2. 2. If you delete your Game account during the Giveaway period or after you have been chosen to win the Prize but before you receive it, you will be disqualified.
3. 3. To receive the Prize, your Game account must be linked to a Cygames ID account.
4. 4. After results are announced, winners will be provided with a form with which to submit their contact information, delivery address, and other information needed to accept the Prize (the "Prize Form"). The Prize Form must be submitted by 2:59 p.m., March 15, 2026 (UTC). Once submitted, delivery information cannot be changed.
5. 5. Entrants are responsible for network charges incurred while entering the Giveaway, confirming the results, or submitting the Prize Form.
6. 6. Winners may forfeit their claim to the Prize on the Prize Form or by some other procedure specified by the event management team.
7. 7. Any personal information submitted will be used to confirm eligibility for the Giveaway, ship Prizes, contact winners regarding the shipping of Prizes, and create de-identified statistical data in accordance with the Company's privacy policy (https://forms.cygames.com/policy?lang=en).
8. 8. Winners under the age of majority must obtain the consent of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative when filling out the Prize Form.
9. 9. The Prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner on the Prize Form in April 2026, though shipping may be delayed depending on the circumstances.
10. 10. You are responsible for any necessary customs clearance procedures during delivery. Contact your local customs office for further information. Prizes will not be redelivered if delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete customs clearance procedures.
11. 11. Winners who choose to forfeit their claim to the Prize via the Prize Form, winners who are deemed to have forfeited their claim after failing to sufficiently respond to the Prize Form by 2:59 p.m., March 15, 2026 (UTC) (this includes those who did not link their Game account to their Cygames ID account and those who remove or modify said link after submitting the Prize Form and before they receive the Prize), and winners who reside in an area to which the Prize cannot be shipped due to unavoidable circumstances of inventory, logistics, etc., or causes otherwise beyond the reasonable control of the event management team will receive an in-game reward of 100,000 rupies in place of the Prize on March 16, 2026 (UTC), or later.
12. 12. Prizes may only be accepted by the winner and may not be transferred or sold to a third party or redeemed for cash. The Prize Form must be filled out by the winner using the winner's own information. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.
13. 13. Prizes are limited to one per person. If a person is found to have won using multiple Game accounts, they will be ineligible to receive the Prize.
14. 14. Prizes cannot be returned.
15. 15. If a winner is deemed to have engaged in fraudulent activity, their claim to the Prize will be revoked.
16. 16. The event management team will not attempt a second time to contact or ship the Prize to a winner if said winner fails to respond the first time, submits the wrong delivery address, or the first delivery is unsuccessful due to a change in residence, prolonged absence, etc.
17. 17. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, another winner will not be chosen in their place.
18. 18. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway on its own terms.
19. 19. The Company assumes no liability for any problems arising from the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, damaged, delayed, or misdirected Prize deliveries on the part of the delivery company, nor does the Company assume liability for any losses resulting from the suspension or termination of the Giveaway, except in cases involving willful misconduct or negligence on its part.
20. 20. If a dispute related to entering the Giveaway arises between entrants and/or a third party, they are to resolve the dispute on their own without causing any loss to the Company.
21. 21. The Company reserves the right to freely modify the Terms or otherwise take measures it deems necessary to secure the fairness of the Giveaway. All entrants must adhere to the rules governing management of the Giveaway and shall not make any objection to them whatsoever.
22. 22. The Company assumes no liability for any losses resulting from network connectivity issues, computer viruses, unauthorized access to its servers, or other circumstances beyond its control, except in cases involving willful misconduct or negligence on its part.
23. 23. The Company assumes no liability for any losses resulting from the Giveaway, except in cases involving willful misconduct or negligence on its part.

*Employees of CyberAgent and its affiliated companies, including Cygames, Inc., are not eligible to win.

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance in cases where disputes related to the Giveaway arise.
